Bolanle is a lawyer with over a decade of experience in legal advisory, transactional work, and advocacy across multiple jurisdictions and sectors. His practice encompasses Canadian business law, employment law, immigration law, and real estate law. He brings a strong commercial perspective to his work, shaped by years of advising organizations on complex legal, regulatory, and operational matters.
Bolanle is a seasoned employment and corporate transactions lawyer, having previously served as in-house counsel and Group Legal Counsel for a major agricultural organization in Africa. In that role, he advised multimillion-dollar enterprises on corporate structuring, governance, commercial agreements, dispute resolution, and litigation strategy. His sectoral experience includes media, agriculture, finance, commodities, and export-driven businesses.
He also has extensive, hands-on experience managing one of Canada’s largest Temporary Foreign Worker Programs, giving him deep and practical insight into immigration pathways, compliance obligations, and the intersection of labour and immigration law. Bolanle is well-positioned to guide employers and individuals through complex regulatory frameworks with clarity and confidence.
Bolanle is licensed to practise law in British Columbia and Ontario and was called to the Canadian Bar in 2023. He has also been a member in good standing of the Nigerian Bar Association since 2013.
Outside of his legal practice, he is committed to mentoring young people and is a devoted husband and father of two.
